EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Arcade Avenue.com offers a 30-day money back
guarantee. If for any reason, you are not
satisfied with a product purchased from our
Internet store, you may send the item(s)
back to us and we will replace it, provided
that the product is returned in its original,
perfect condition and provided that it wasn't
damaged after we had delivered it to you.
Please Note :
1) Non-Sale Items must be returned within
30 days of receipt of your order.
2) Sale Items must be returned within 14
days of receipt of your order.
ARCADE AVENUE.COM RETURN PROCEDURE
1) E-mail customercare@arcadeavenue.com with your Order Number, name of product
being returned, reason for return, your name,
daytime telephone number and e-mail address.
2) Obtain an EMA for Exchange (EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER) or RMA for Refund (REFUND MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER) which you must include when shipping
the item(s) back to us. RETURNS without an EMA or RMA number shall
not be accepted.
3) Pack the items along with one copy of
invoice, EMA or RMA number securely in a
box. Please use the original shipping box
and packing materials when the items shipped
to you. For your protection, please insure
your package and use a shipping method with
a tracking number system. Arcade Avenue.com
shall not be responsible for lost items.
Shipping costs, taxes and duties for returning
items to us are the customers' responsibility.
We cannot exchange items unless they are
defective and damaged.
We will ship your replacement after we receive
and process your returned product and you
will be notified via e-mail of your replacement.
For Refunds, we will notify you via e-mail,
once we have received and processed the returned
item. You can expect a refund in the same
form of payment originally used for purchase
within 10 to 20 business days of receiving
your return.
Please note : We can only refund shipping
costs if the return is a result of our error.
