hours plus additional time for local customs
clearance. Delivery time depends on product
availability and shipping address. Orders
shipped to an address different from the
billing address will be delayed for verification
(usually two extra days).

SHIPPING COSTS
Our arrangements with UPS allow us to ship
for extremely reasonable rates. Arcade Avenue.Com
charges you only what it costs us to deliver
your order to your door.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
It is the customer's responsibility to contact
the local customs, UPS regarding any additional
and applicable customs, duties, or VAT charges.
APO/FPO
We regret that we do not ship at present
to an APO or FPO addressess.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS FOR DELIVERY
We are unable to instruct shipping companies
regarding how or when to
leave packages at
the shipping address. It
is ultimately at
the driver's discretion
to decide whether
a signature is required.
UPS delivery generally require a signature
in the following cases:
The package is being delivered to an apartment,
condominium, or business complex.
The package's contents are valued at more
than $150.
The driver feels it isn't a safe place to
leave a package.
If you are not likely to be home when the
package arrives, you might leave a note asking
the driver to leave the package with a neighbor
or building manager. If you want to redirect
the package to your business address, you
can call UPS and please be sure to have your
tracking number handy.
Please Note : When shipping orders to every
destination, you or the intended recipient
may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the package reaches
your country. Additional charges for customs
clearance must be borne by you; we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict
what they may be. Customs policies vary widely
from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information.

you are considered the importer and must
comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods.
