PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order with Arcade Avenue.com is
a simple, five-step process.
1. If you're a new shopper, you can immediately
shop at Arcade Avenue.com site. You will
create your account when you have completed
shopping and ready to check out.
For registered customers, simply enter your
e-mail address, your password and your account
information will be automatically retrieved.
From here, you can make changes to your account
information and when you're done, click the
"SUBMIT INFO" button.
2. SECURED CHECK OUT AREA - Provide information
on where your order should be sent and who
should it be billed, what shipping method
you'd like to use to get it there, payment
option and enter any additional information
or instructions you may have. If your shipping
address is the same as your billing address,
simply check the appropriate box.
3. REVIEW AND SUBMIT ORDER
- review your
order details, shipping,
billing, contact
information, shipping method
and payment
method to finalize your
order.
If you have a discount
code, click the "GO"
button, to validate your
discount.
4. WORLDPAY PAYMENT PAGE - select currency
and enter credit card details and click the
"MAKE PAYMENT" button.
5. NEW CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AREA - for New
Customer, just simply enter your password
and click the "REGISTER MY ACCOUNT"
button, to officially confirm your order
with Arcade Avenue.com.
Arcade Avenue.com lets you know when we have
successfully received your order by quickly
producing an Order receipt that details your
purchase. You'll also receive an order confirmation
via e-mail. Or, check your order status within
24 hours after order has been placed, by
clicking on the "ORDER STATUS"
button on every page of Arcade Avenue.com
site.
